Brian Durkan had plenty of reasons to smile on Tuesday last after picking up the maximum points from his Leaving Cert results. Brian, from Ballymoghery in Co. Sligo, received 625 points. On foot of this, he has been offered a much sought-after place at Oxford to study Chemistry in October. We wish him the very best of success in his future studies.
